60 Days to Change Your Mind

It's important to us that you're happy with your From The Forest purchase, and we will back that up with our return policy. If you're not totally satisfied with your purchase you can return it within sixty (60) days, with the exception of our From The Forest sample orders, limited edition, clearance items, and moldings. While we hope it doesn't come to this, we'll make it as painless as possible by providing pre-paid UPS return labels (if applicable) or arranging a return BOL and issuing a refund by the same method as your original payment. Refunds that are issued will be for the returned material less the return shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee.

Products must be returned with proof of purchase in new and unused condition, and if possible, the original packaging. Unless faulty, we may refuse the return or offer an exchange credit only if the return criteria is not fully met.

Love It or Exchange It

If you need to exchange your order you must do so within 60 days of receiving your order. A shipping fee will be applied to any exchange order, unless faulted by From The Forest. Our exchange process starts with initiating a return by contacting customer service. A new paid order would then be placed for the new carton order. Once the return is received, a refund will be issued on the original order. Refunds that are issued will be for the returned material less the return shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee. No exchanges are accepted after sixty (60) days or if the product has been installed or altered in any way. Please take the time to inspect your order upon delivery to ensure everything arrived as expected.

Your items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, including the original packaging, for it to be considered a true exchange.

How to Cancel Your Order?

If you wish to cancel your order before it ships, please contact customer service at or call 715-721-3182. A 3% cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund. This cancellation fee applies to all orders.

Re-routing Fee

If you need to change the destination address of your order after the cartons have been shipped, you will receive a draft invoice of $25.00 per tracking number. This invoice will need to be paid in full before we will re-route your order.

How to Initiate a Return:

If you wish to return or exchange your order, please contact customer service at or call 715-721-3182. We ask that you also provide a photo of your unboxed material before a return will be approved.
